Upon your arrival you will find your room made up with fresh Bed Linens. Bath linens are not furnished. We offer Large, Comfortable, Modern, Fully Furnished and Equipped eFISHiency Lodgings that can accommodate up to 5 people. Units have 2 double beds with draw curtains for privacy, bath room with shower, heaters, refrigerator, range, toaster, pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware.Note: There is no daily maid service.

A typical summer sunrise as seen from Sunnyside. You have not experienced serenity until you've awakened to a sight like this and breathed the fresh morning air along the shores of Black Lake.
Located in the Village of Edwardsville at the intersection of Black Lake Road (County Route 6) and State Route 58. This is the hub of civilization in the community, with the Edwardsville Grocery, bait and tackle shop, pizza and sub shops, two gas stations and a restaurant all within easy walking distance and just a short drive for mini-golf and ice cream.
We hope you will come visit us at Sunnyside. It is a warm and friendly place to catch a big mess of fish and enjoy the splendid beauty of Black Lake and northern New York.
